Easy Beef Stroganoff
1 ½ pounds stew beef
1 10-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 10-ounce can golden mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 300°.
Combine beef, soups and sour cream in a baking dish with a lid. Place in a 300° oven for two hours or until fork tender.
Serve over cooked rice.
