Japanese Fruit Pie

2 sticks butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup pecans
1 cup coconut
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup raisins
1 tablespoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°.

Melt butter, add sugar, eggs, vinegar and vanilla. Mix well as you add each ingredient.  Add raisins, pecans and coconut. Stir until well blended. Pour into two unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
