Vegetable Dip

1 cup sour cream
2 cups mayonnaise
¾ cup finely chopped onion
¾ cup chopped green pepper
½ cup chopped pimentos, drained
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon Tabasco
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Stir to blend. Cover and place overnight in refrigerator. Use with raw veggies. Will keep a couple weeks in the fridge.

Prepare an entree. Slice raw veggies for your side dish -- broccoli, cauliflower, squash, cucumbers, onion, celery, tomatoes, carrots or whatever you have on hand.
