Taco Dip

1 pound ground beef
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
8 oz. sour cream
16 oz. can refried beans
1 small can tomato paste
1 package taco seasoning

Brown meat with onion and green pepper. Drain and add taco seasoning, beans and tomato paste. Mix well and pour in baking dish. Spread half of the cheese over meat mixture. Add sour cream and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot with nacho chips.
