Hot Dish
1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350°.
Melt butter. Add beaten egg and blend with cake mix. Looks like cookie dough. Press into 9x13 pan.
Topping:
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese softened to room temp.
2 eggs
1 pound confectioners' sugar
Beat until smooth. Pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
