Salisbury Steak

1 can cream of mushroom soup (or celery soup)
1 tablespoon mustard
2 teaspoons horseradish
1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup dry bread crumbs
¼ cup onions, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ cup water

Combine soup, mustard, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce. Blend well. Set aside. Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt and ¼ cup of soup mixture. Shape into six patties and brown in skillet. Drain drippings from pan. Combine remaining soup mixture and water. Pour soup mixture over patties. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
