
Hot Dish
8 pieces chicken
½ stick butter, melted
½ cup cooking oil
2 cups self-rising flour
2 tablespoons paprika
Preheat oven to 325°.
Wash chicken and pat dry with a paper towel. Roll chicken in butter and oil then dredge in flour. Place chicken pieces in a 9x13 casserole. Pour remaining butter/oil over chicken. Bake in a 325° oven for one hour.
