
Hot Dish
½ stick butter
6 boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
paprika
Preheat oven to 325°.
Melt butter in baking dish. Dip chicken breasts in butter and move to a plate. Mix butter in with rice. Mix water well with soups and pour over rice. Place chicken on soups and push down into soups. Bake uncovered at 325° for one hour. Sprinkle with paprika to add color.
