Potatoes Au Gratin

4 baking potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
1 ½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon Worcestershire
dash black pepper
½ cup sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
¼ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup half and half

Preheat oven to 350°. 

Peel potatoes and slice like french fries. Place potatoes on a large sheet of heavy foil. Dot with butter, sprinkle with remaining ingredients, except half and half. Turn edge of foil up to form a container. Pour half and half over potatoes. Fold foil carefully and seal. Bake for one hour or until tender at 350°. Serves 6.
