Pork Chops in Sour Cream

4 loin pork chops
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon butter
½ cup water
bay leaf
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
½ cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°.

Coat chops with flour. Heat butter and brown chops on both sides. Place chops in a casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover casserole and bake 1 hour.
