Broccoli Cheese Soup
It's that time of year!
2 ½ cups potatoes washed, peeled and cubed
1 small box, frozen broccoli, thawed
3 cups chicken broth
1 onion, diced
2 cans cream of celery soup
8 ounces Velveeta cheese, grated
Combine first four ingredients. Cook until tender. Add cream of celery soup, stirring until well blended. Stir in Velveeta, allowing to melt. Heat slowly 15 minutes. Do not boil.
