Barbecue Meatballs

1 pound lean ground beef
½ cup plain milk
1 cup bread crumbs
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ cup catsup
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup cider vinegar
½ cup green pepper
3 tablespoons sugar
½ cup water

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs and milk. Form meatballs. Place in a baking dish.

Sauce:

Mix salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, onions, green pepper, sugar, catsup and water.  Cook until onions are soft. Poor over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
