Salmon Cakes

1 can salmon
2 eggs, beaten
3 slices white bread with crusts removed
1 teaspoon salt

Remove bones and black skin from salmon. Mix beaten eggs with 3 slices white bread, crusts removed. Add salt and mix well. I use my hands to shape salmon cakes.

Place in a fry pan heated with oil. Fry on both sides until brown.
