Easter Baked Ham
7-10 pound boneless ham
peach or pineapple preserves to baste
cherries/other fruit to garnish
Preheat oven to 325°.
Place ham on a rack in an open roasting pan. Insert roast thermometer so the bulb is centered in the thickest part. Do not add water or cover. Roast in a 325° oven until meat thermometer registers 130° to 140°. About 15 minutes before the ham is removed, brush with either peach or pineapple preserves.
Garnish with cherries and other fruit.
