Chicken Fried Rice

2 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced
3 slices bacon, chopped
1 medium carrot, chopped
1 small onion, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 egg
1/2 cup deli ham, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Fry sliced bacon in skillet until done (not crisp). Add chopped chicken, chopped carrots and chopped onions. Cook until veggies are fork-tender. Break egg into skillet, scramble and mix well into mixture. Reduce heat, add cooked rice. Mix well and cook until rice is hot. Add soy sauce. Mix and serve.
