2 pounds stew beef in bite size pieces
1 can celery soup
½ can water
1 envelope dried onion soup mix
½ cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 325°.
Mix first four ingredients in a large covered baking dish. Cover and cook for 3 hours at 325°. Add sour cream and stir. Serve over cooked rice
1 cup white rice
1¼ cup water
Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir and add a little butter and dried parsley (if desired).
