Beef Curry

1 pound cubed beef (chopped)
1 medium onion chopped
½ pound red potatoes (washed and chopped into eighths)
½ pound baby carrots
2 ½ cups water
package Golden Curry

Beef cubes need to be bite size. Put oil in the cooking pot and cook beef and chopped onions until brown. Add carrots, potatoes and water. Heat until water is boiling and potatoes are soft. Add in curry, allowing to melt, then stir curry. Do not allow curry to stick. For extra flavor, sprinkle ground red pepper and or honey. Serve over buttered white rice.
