Steve Wariner and Rhonda Vincent will announce nominees for the International Bluegrass Music Association's annual awards
Aug. 9 at Nashville's Country Music Hall of Fame. Also to be announced will be this year's inductee into the Bluegrass Hall
of Honor. The IBMA awards show takes place Oct. 4 at the Kentucky Center for the Arts in Louisville, Ky., as part of the trade
