Lee Ann Womack will sing the national anthem Thanksgiving Day when the Dallas Cowboys take on the Denver Broncos at Texas
Stadium in Irving, Texas. The game will be televised by CBS. "Texas. Thanksgiving. Dallas Cowboys football!" Womack says in
a news release. "It's kinda like Santa Claus coming every year -- it's just the way God intended it to be in Texas." Her family
will accompany Womack to the game, and she plans a big dinner on Friday. Womack launches her CMT-sponsored holiday tour with
the Duke Ellington Orchestra Nov. 29 in Sewell, N.J. Earlier on Thanksgiving Day, Womack will host a segment, pre-taped in
Nashville, of "The All-American Thanksgiving Day Parade," also on CBS. Others scheduled to appear: Vince Gill, Lee Greenwood,
Brad Paisley and Ray Stevens. 11/21/01
