Eric Heatherly has parted ways with Mercury Records. The country singer scored three chart hits on the label, all in 2000:
"Flowers on the Wall," which went to No. 6 on Billboard's Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart, "Swimming in Champagne"
and "Wrong Five O' Clock." Heatherly's debut album, Swimming in Champagne, rose as high as No. 17 on Billboard's
Top Country Albums chart. 02/11/02
