Joe Diffie and some friends raised $60,000 Sunday night (Feb. 10) for Nashville's First Steps, Inc., a school for kids with
special needs. Wynonna and Naomi Judd, Cyndi Thomson, Trace Adkins, Cledus T. Judd and Ricky Skaggs helped Diffie by appearing
in his 10th annual Country Steps In for First Steps concert at the Ryman Auditorium . One supporter
bid $3,500 for a package that included airfare for two to Las Vegas, two nights at the Las Vegas Hilton and a backstage meeting
