Western music specialist Wylie Gustafson and Internet company Yahoo Inc. have settled Gustafson's copyright infringement lawsuit.
The singer filed the $5 million suit against Yahoo claiming that the company continued to use his "yahoo" yodel -- recorded
for Yahoo in 1996 for $590 -- without paying him additional royalties. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed. "I'm very
happy with the speed and ease that Yahoo settled with me," Gustafson said. "It was a fair settlement that reflected worldwide
