Martina McBride's YWCA Celebrity Auction raised $86,000 on Sunday (June 8), the final day of Fan Fair in Nashville. Two fans
bid $8,000 each for a recording session at her husband John's new studio. Other high bids of the day were for a platinum plaque
for McBride's Emotion CD that went for $4,650 and handwritten and framed lyrics to her hits "Independence Day," "Where
Would You Be" and "Concrete Angel" that went for $3,300, $2,500 and $3,500 respectively. Stopping by the event, Chris Cagle
also auctioned his crockpot for $500 before selling the shirt and shoes he was wearing for $650. 06/09/03
