Award-winning songstress LeAnn Rimes has been released from St. Mary's Hospital after she was admitted on Thursday night,
June 25th. The 15-year-old singer suffered from "weakness," according to a hospital spokeswoman, several hours after she had
performed a concert in the 90-degrees summer heat. Rimes reportedly went into the hospital after a six-hour trip west from
Greely, which is about 50 miles north of Denver, to Grand Junction, the location of her next performance. After spending close
to an hour in the emergency room, Rimes, however, was forced to cancel her Grand Junction appearance. Both Rimes and tour
partner Bryan White had performed for close to 12,000 people on Wednesday at the Greely Independence Stampede, a huge rodeo
and outdoor venue.
