When the Tropicana Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, debuts its Casino Legends Hall of Fame, Kenny Rogers will become
one of the Hall's first honorees by receiving the LeRoy Neiman Award, which salutes "an individual whose vision cannot fit
