Apparently, there just wasn't enough time to pull off Tanya Tucker's wedding ceremony to new boyfriend Jerry Laseter. Tucker and the 37-year-old songwriter had planned to say their "I-do's" on January 29th, which happens to be Tucker's parents' 56th wedding anniversary. The 40-year-old singer is currently having a chapel built on her Middle Tennessee property, which will accommodate approximately 50 relatives. The Two Sparrows Chapel is being built, in part, by tunesmith/carpenter Mark Alan Springer, who penned Tucker's "Two Sparrows In A Hurricane" hit. "If this doesn't work," she reported, "then I wasn't meant for anybody." A new wedding date will soon be announced when available.
