An impressive list of folks are lining up to honor country legend Johnny Cash in the early months of '99. Cash will receive
a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Grammys on February 24. A few weeks later, "The Man In Black" is the subject of a major
tribute concert at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. According to The Tennessean, Bruce Springsteen, U2, Willie
Nelson, Emmylou Harris, Kris Kristofferson, Lyle Lovett and Johnny's daughter, Rosanne Cash, are among the artists slated
to celebrate Cash's life and career at the April 6 concert, with more names to be added. Cash, who turns 67 next month, has
been battling Shy-Drager Syndrome, a disease that attacks the nervous system.
