Music superstar Garth Brooks appeared in court on Tuesday, January 13th, to resolve a lawsuit battle between the songwriter
of the Kenny Loggins recording, "Conviction Of The Heart," and his own "Standing Outside The Fire" hit. Brooks explained afterwards
that the suit had been "amicably resolved."
