Musical Performer -- a trophy he's walked away with for 8 consecutive years. Other People's Choice winners from the
entertainment world include Celine Dion, Elton John, Bill Cosby, Helen Hunt, Tim Allen, Sandra Bullock and Tom Hanks. Another
highlight at the 25th annual event was the movie Titanic being named Best Movie of 1998. PLUS!
At a press conference recently in California, Brooks announced that he and such major-league baseball celebrities like the
San Diego Padres' Wally Joyner and Tony Gwynn will create Touch 'Em All: Teammates for Kids, a brand new foundation
designed for children.
