Shaw ("The River"), Kent Blazy ("If Tomorrow Never Comes") and Pat Alger ("Unanswered Prayers") appear on the televised portion
of the Opry at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT. The trio are among singer/songwriters featured on In the Beginning: A Songwriter's Tribute
to Garth Brooks, a CD issued Tuesday (April 10). John Conlee, Chad Brock and Jack Greene round out the televised bill.
