Loretta Lynn continues to improve in a hospital near her home in Hurricane Mills, Tenn. The Country Music Hall of Fame member was admitted March 20 for pneumonia. "Loretta's doctor says she is responding positively and improving with every day and he expects her to be leaving the hospital within the next few days," a spokeswoman for Lynn said Tuesday (March 27). Lynn's doctor has told the singer to take time off to recuperate. "He has advised her to definitely cancel all engagements and any work-related activities through April 15," Lynn's publicist said. Lynn turns 66 on April 14.
