Traditional songstress Lee Ann Womack will lend her singing and speaking voice to the character Becky Thatcher in MGM's forthcoming
animated film Tom Sawyer. The film, which will also feature the voice of Hank Williams Jr., is scheduled for a theater
release in early 2000.
