Country Music Hall of Fame member Ray Price underwent stomach surgery Wednesday (Feb. 7) at a hospital in Houston. Price's
manager, Jim Doran, declined to specify the medical problem. The surgery was "successful and without complications," but Price
will remain in the hospital until Monday. He plans to return to his ranch in East Texas to recover. The singer is rescheduling
his February shows but plans to resume touring in March.
