The acting bug certainly has bitten Reba McEntire hard. She opens Friday (Jan. 26) on Broadway in the leading role of Annie
Get Your Gun. Now comes word that she's talking with Los Angeles-based TV producers about a starring role in a sitcom, her
record label publicist confirms. Although talks are only in the "very preliminary stage," McEntire is reading scripts for
a show called Sally, which features a woman from Dallas as the main character. The program's producers are hoping to
shop it to the WB cable network.
