Garth Brooks will join Oscar-winning actress Whoopi Goldberg to executive produce Call Me Claus, a TV movie for Turner
Network Television (TNT). Goldberg also will star, and Brooks will contribute songs for the holiday film, set for a December
2001 release. The project is a joint venture of Brooks' Red Strokes Entertainment, Goldberg's One Ho Productions and Columbia
Tri-Star Television. Brooks' production company has several other projects in the works including a feature film titled The
Lamb. The movie's main character is Chris Gaines, the fictional rock star Brooks brought to life musically on 1999's Garth
Brooks In ... The Life of Chris Gaines.
