Garth Brooks' professional baseball days are over. Garth left the Padres without a contract as spring training ended this
weekend. While he was only 1-for-22 at the plate, he did leave strong impressions of his other talents, mainly his hustle,
attitude towards fans, well-mannered presence and leadership skills.
