On April 16 tornadoes ripped through most of Nashville and its surrounding areas, leaving several million dollars in damage.
While many residents have been volunteering for clean-up duty, the stars have also pitched in to help. Wade Hayes, Trace Adkins,
David Ball, Eddy Raven, Burnin' Daylight, Deryl Dodd, Ruby Lovett and more, performed at a benefit concert, entitled "A Time
To Care," on April 27 to help with restoration efforts through the local American Red Cross chapter. In addition to the $10
admission at the door, other contributions were collected through a live auction and donations taken by servers. A total of
over $10,000 was raised. Hats off to all the performers and volunteers.
