Perhaps best remembered for his sad "on-the-streets" Music Row stories and his chart song "Every Now And Then" from 1991,
singer Marty Brown was recently sentenced to a year's probation after he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge. Reportedly,
the singer was charged with stealing auto parts for re-sale last August.
