Faith Hill took home four trophies at the Billboard Music Awards, handed out Wednesday (Dec. 6) in Las Vegas. In addition
to winning female country artist, she also won in three pop categories. The crossover hit "Breathe" earned Hill wins for Hot
100 Singles Artist of the Year, Female; Hot 100 Single of the Year; and Hot 100 Airplay Track of the Year. The red-hot Dixie
Chicks won every other country category, besting Hill, George Strait and Tim McGraw for Country Artist of the Year. The Chicks
also took home trophies for Country Artist of the Year, Duo/Group; Country Album Artist of the Year; and Country Album of
the Year.
