Lila McCann is hosting a party Dec. 7 for homeless teens in the Los Angeles area. The 19-year-old singer has enlisted the
help of celebrity chef Johnny Ciao to prepare a luncheon for young people who frequent My Friend's Place, a non-profit safe
haven for kids from the streets. "I was blessed to have grown up with a supportive family, friends and adults in my life who
nurtured and supported my dreams," McCann said in a press release. "I know there are so many young people who are discouraged
and abused by the people they trusted. This is the least I can do for them."
