Capitol Records will release Garth Brooks Double Live in a new package on Oct. 14. The two-CD set from 1998 includes
25 live recordings and has sold 6.5 million copies. When the set was first released it was offered in six different covers:
The First Edition, Central Park, Dublin, World Tour II ('96-'98), Texas Stadium 1993 and Reunion Arena 1991. The artwork and
photos included with each set were retired after 1 million copies were sold, making them collectors' items. The new package
will be called World Tour I ('93-'94). Two days later, Oct. 26, Brooks will celebrate 100 million in record sales with a black-tie
event in Nashville.
