LeAnn Rimes' mother has plans to remarry Sept. 16 in Dallas. Neil Haislop's Nashville IQ reports that Belinda Rimes
will wed Ted Miller, an old family friend who photographed LeAnn's rise to stardom. LeAnn's parents divorced in 1997. With
help from her mother, LeAnn filed a lawsuit against her father, Wilbur, last May in Dallas County (Texas) District Court.
The suit accuses her father and her former manager, Lyle Walker, of "fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, gross mismanagement
and dereliction of management duties and responsibilities."
