Tom Wopat, once known as "Luke Duke" on Dukes of Hazzard, gets mighty classy on a new album, The Still of the Night, due Oct. 24. Wopat scored a few modest country hits, including "The Rock and Roll of Love," from 1986-1991. On his debut for Angel Records he has recorded pop and show tunes including Cole Porter's "In the Still of the Night," and Rodgers & Hart's "Where or When." Antonia Bennett, 26-year-old daughter of Tony Bennett, makes her recording debut as Wopat's duet partner on "Baby It's Cold Outside." "The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress" and "If These Walls Could Speak" come from songwriter Jimmy Webb. Russ Titelman produces.
