If anyone could step in for such a superstar as Madonna, it's Garth Brooks. Country's "Wonder Boy" recently opened the annual
Billboard Music Awards on Fox-TV with his romping "Ain't Goin' Down 'Til the Sun Comes Up" hit. Brooks was called to
fill in for Madonna, who suddenly became ill.
