Producer Chuck Howard and nightclub owner and talent manager Herbert Graham will soon launch their H2E Records label. Capitol
Records is expected to handle distribution. Howard has produced albums for LeAnn Rimes, Jeff Carson, Hank Williams Jr., Hank
Williams III, Perfect Stranger and Trini Triggs, among others. Graham, who co-manages Triggs, owns the Denim & Diamonds and
Graham Central Station entertainment complexes. A spokeswoman for Capitol Records verifies that the company is in negotiation
to distribute H2E. While confirming the basic details of the new label, Howard declines to name any artists on its roster.
"We're so close to having all the artists signed," he says. "I think we're a week away from announcing."
