During her Country Radio Seminar appearance Tuesday night at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Jo Dee Messina received a special honor from Billboard magazine. Wade Jessen, who oversees the trade magazine's country charts, presented the redhead with a plaque commemorating her rank as country radio's most-played female solo artist for 1999. "You've been hanging out at the top of our charts for a long time," Jessen said to the singer, who teared up after receiving the award.
