The Dixie Chicks' Natalie Maines and her husband, actor Adrian Pasdar, are expecting their first child in April 2001. The fiesty lead singer married Pasdar, the star of the NBC series Mysterious Ways, in Las Vegas last June. The two met at the 1999 wedding of fellow Chick Emily Erwin and singer/songwriter Charlie Robison in Texas. Although the band is now in the middle of its first headlining tour, Maines has no plans to change her hectic schedule, a spokeswoman said. The "Fly" tour was originally set to end Oct. 29 in New Orleans, but due to brisk ticket sales new dates are being added. The tour now may extend through mid December.
