GOP presidential candidate George W. Bush was introduced Thursday night (Aug. 3) at the Republican National Convention to
a recording of the new Billy Ray Cyrus song, "We the People." The patriotic tune was pitched to the convention committee by
Sony Music, Cyrus' new record label. Collaborators Waylon Jennings, John Anderson, Montgomery Gentry, Yankee Grey and Danni
Leigh join Cyrus on the track, which will be on his upcoming album, Southern Rain, due Oct. 17.
