Billy Ray Cyrus has been named honorary spokesman for the Marine Corps Reserves' Toys for Tots program, which collects new
toys for children during the holiday season. Cyrus is currently filming the movie Elvis Has Left the Building in New
Mexico and will release the gospel album The Other Side on Oct. 28. 09/26/03
