Man Arrested for Shooting Green's Bus
A 22-year-old man is free on $5,000 bond after police in Tuscaloosa, Ala., arrested him for shooting out the window of a tour bus used by Pat Green's band. Green performed Saturday (Oct. 11) at a Tuscaloosa club. The Tuscaloosa News reports that Benjamin David Hodges was charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle while the bus was parked on the street. Bandmember Jondan McBride, who was wearing earplugs and was in the back of the bus, did not hear the 9mm gunshot that shattered the driver's side window. Police are still investigating to determine whether Hodges intentionally fired the gun. 10/14/03
